I will never take my car to a dealership ever again- German Motors is the BEST. Mark takes care of YOU and your car, is fair and affordable, and he is an absolute expert. He efficiently finds any issue you come in with, and fixes it. His team including Kyle is super diligent and they get the job done right so you don't have to come back over and over again complaining about the same problem. I have a 10 year old mercedes and it's in tip top condition thanks to German Motors. Highly highly recommended!

I've been a German Motors customer since 1989. If I could sum it up in a few words- competence with integrity. I take my cars to the dealership for warranty work but Mark and the gang have always done a stellar job of maintaining all of my Mercedes-Benz vehicles through the years. Just left German Motors a few hours ago for a simple oil change. They looked at it and told me I still have 5,000 miles left on my oil! Most shops would have taken advantage of me and done it anyways, but these guys are genuinely looking out for you! They now have my undying loyalty! I will be back!!

The guys are German Motors are just about the most honest mechanics you will find anywhere. I quickly learned that I was getting absolutely skinned by the dealers on my Service A + B on my 2008 C-Class, and these guys gave me a much better deal with much better service. Absolutely no up-selling or pressure at all and will always be completely forward with you on what you need immediately, what can wait, and when they think you'll need more work done.

I first brought my S class to German Motors Inc after becoming completely dissatisfied with the service at my local dealership. I had looked them up on the web to make sure they were all Benz certified and then read a lot of positive reviews from customers. When you own a car like this is important to have a relationship with an organization that you can trust and German Motors in Lakewood is such an organization. I trust them 100% to always be honest with me and to fix my car right. I have also recommended them to others who are just as pleased with their service. I will not take my car anywhere else again!

They do the same exact service as the Mercedes auto shop but for an extremely low price. They are always updated.
