Lakewood Mercedes-Benz Repair

We have 5 Mercedes in our extended family and have been using German Motors for 20 years. They are always professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We much prefer them to the dealer's service as they only do the work that is needed, and agreed to, and don't pad the bill with useless extras. They take the time to explain what maintenance and repairs are recommended. We highly recommend them as do several of our friends.

I can't even begin to express my gratitude to German Motors for caring for my ML350 (& ML 320), & for helping me with transportation when I was in a major bind. They are a caring, quality company & Zach & Nial went above & beyond to help me & fix my car while I was in town from New Mexico. I have been using them for probably 10 years, tried other local mechanics in Northern NM & So Colo areas - ultimately they are the best. This trip they had to fix a job that was done 2 weeks prior locally. It is worth driving 7 hrs to have my car serviced by German Motors. They even checked to make sure I made it home safely!!! Feels like family....

German Motors has always provided great service for my GLC 300. They take the time to answer all of my questions. I believe their team is honest and competent.

German Motors is the best service shop I have ever been to, I have taken my 1980 300SD here twice and both times have been fast, and the problem is solved with extreme quality and care. They take the time to go above and beyond, even replacing my broken headlight seal for no additional charge.

Having dealt with German Motors for almost 20 years, and would never even consider going anywhere else . Mark and his staff do whatever it takes to make certain everything is done just right! Even during the height of the pandemic, they came to my home, picked up my cars, serviced them and returned them to my garage without my needing to go anywhere. That is what I call incredible service, and that is only one example. Several years ago, Mark even arranged a sale of one of my cars to another client as a favor to everyone involved so I wouldn’t have to deal with selling it myself!
