Having dealt with German Motors for almost 20 years, and would never even consider going anywhere else . Mark and his staff do whatever it takes to make certain everything is done just right! Even during the height of the pandemic, they came to my home, picked up my cars, serviced them and returned them to my garage without my needing to go anywhere. That is what I call incredible service, and that is only one example. Several years ago, Mark even arranged a sale of one of my cars to another client as a favor to everyone involved so I wouldn’t have to deal with selling it myself! Honest, fair pricing, and telling me what is urgent and what can wait to be repaired, is why I would recommend without hesitation any Mercedes owner to feel confident that by going to German Motors , satisfaction is always guaranteed!

I took my 2012 SL550 to the Mercedes dealer because my retractable hardtop wasn't functioning. They got back to me and said it would be about $5,000 to fix it. Of course, I was stunned. I talked to a friend and he suggested German Motors. I took it to Zack and the guys. After they checked it out they let me know it was simply a kinked hose. With that level of honesty, I decided to have them complete a number of items the vehicle needed. They did an amazing job at a very fair price. Also, when I returned to their shop, Zack gave me a tour of the shop, explained their process and I was extremely impressed with their organization. Honesty, professionalism, highly trained, experienced, cordial, and most of all a step above in establishing a great working relationship. I worked for German motors for almost 17 years. You can imagine when my wife bought a 1989 300 SE and said to me “it’s really pretty”. Needed some work and I thought of my old boss Mark right away. Brought him the car expecting a fuel adjustment. When he drove the car it had an extreme vibration at speed (I had no idea). After his team inspected the car thoroughly we replaced the motor mounts and found that the car had a bad driveshaft! Mark was able to find a driveshaft for this old car and now it drives fantastic!
